The new cape

İyi haftalar! Den'de yenen yemekle, doğum günü kutlamaları devam etti, ben de bu fırsatı bugun ne giydim postu yapmak için kullanmakta tereddüt etmedim. Bugün, canlı turuncu çoraplarımla ( Hiç benlik değil değil mi?), yağmura meydan okurken aklımda Fendi AW 2011 defilesinden kareler vardı  mesela bunun gibi. Bu hafta iş dışında, sosyal organizasyonlar açısından da yoğun olacak, dolayısıyla sık sık görüşeceğiz.

Hi everyone! The birthday celebrations continued with a dinner at Den Cafe and I didn't hesitate a second to use it for an outfit post. Today, shockingly I am wearing bright orange hosiery ( Not typical me, right? ) despite the rain but Fendi Fall 2011 runway led me, like in this image. This week will be busy in both work and social events wise so sure I'll see you around.

All Adidas Party

Merhaba :). Bugün bloguma girebildiğimi farkettim ve geçen hafta Markiz Pasajı'nda yapılan All Adidas Party'i paylaşmaya değer olduğu için, geç de olsa yazmalıyım diye düşündüm. Farklı dans ve performans gösterileriyle renklenen podyum, Adidas'a yakışır dinamiklikteydi.Ben biraz arkada kaldığım için hepsine şahit olamasam da sevgili Offnegiysem oldukça güzel videolar çekmeyi başarmış. Podyumdaki hareketi, merakla beklenen Roisin Murhpy devraldı. Ben kendisini Amsterdam'da canlı izlediğim için buradaki performansından aynı tadı alamasam da, sonlara doğru kendi şarkılarından bölümler söylediğinde ortam daha bir güzelleşti. Bee Gee'nin seti geceye güzel bir nokta koyarak hepimize " we are all in" dedirtmeyi başardı.

Hi :) . I'm able to reach my blog today and wanted to share All Adidas Party which was last Wednesday at Markiz Pasajı. The fashion show was very colorful with all the dance and performances and very Adidas ofcourse. I wasn't able to shoot nice pics or videos but my fellow blogger offnegiysem did a great job. The expected star of the night was Roisin Murphy but since I've seen her live in Amsterdam, her performance here didn't give me much but it was fun at the end. Bee Gee's dj set was the last performance of the night and at the end of the night , we are sure that "we are all in".

Lacoste L!VE

Davetiyesiyle fark yaratan Lacoste'un yeni mağazası Lacoste Live Beyoğlu mağazası 22 Şubat akşamı açıldı. Itıiraf etmeliyim ki, geceye giderken, pek ümitli değildim ancak mağazanın adı kadar canlı parti atmosferi, beni yalancı çıkarttı, evet çok eğlenceli bir akşamdı.

Mutlu pazartesiler!  Size Pera Palace otelinin yeni halini ne kadar çok beğendiğimi anlatmıştım ve bugun ne giydim postunun  mekanı olarak da sizlere kısmi de olsa, bir kez daha gösterme fırsatım oluyor. Elif Cığızoğlu defilesi için,bir süredir pek çok koleksiyonda gördüğümüz seffaf bir gömlek ve dar etek ikilisini seçtim ama bence  bu fotoğrafların esas olayı gösterişli ve antika parçalardır.

Happy mondays! I told you that I liked Pera Palace Hotel a lot and today I have another chance to show you more details from that gorgeous place.For Elif Cığızoğlu's show, I was wearing a sheer shirt, which is an ongoing trend at all the fashion shows as well as on the streets,  with bodycon skirt but in my opinion the antique furnitures are the star pieces in these photos.

Hani size demiştim ya, ben IFW kapsamında sadece Elle'in Enerji Müzesi'ndekii partisine gittim diye, işte bugunun postu, o gün ne giydiğimden ibaret. Suni deri pantolon, beyaz gömlek, leopar deseni.. gibi klasiklerle oluşturulan bu kıyafetin detayları nelermiş, görelim:

Günaydın! Bugün durgunum biraz, beklentiler, halletmem gerekenler.. Dün akşam Av Mevsimi filmine gittik, bize gereğinden fazla uzun, durağan ve iç karartıcı geldi, çıkışta Corridor'a uğradık ama orada da fazla kalamadım, sanırım sorun bende :) Bu kıyafet cumartesiden, siyah, ve griye ve biraz leoparla katılan hareket. Unutmadan, ayakkabıları Nişantaşı Akkavak Sokak'taki Park Bravo Outlet'ten aldım, 69,90'a bana oldukça karlı bir alışveriş gibi göründü.

Morning! Today I'm feeling a little bit quiet, I have been waiting for some things to happen and I have other things to take care of..  Last night, we went to see a Turkish movie called Av Mevsimi but it was longer, boring than it should so we decided to grab a drink at Corridor afterwards but I couldn't stay there much longer, I think I wasn't in the mood. Anyways, this outfit is  from saturday night, black, gray and a touch of a leopard. Before I leave, I bought these pumps from Park Pravo Outlet in Nişantaşı for 69,90 tl, it looked like a deal to me.

Any given thursday

Perşembeleri genelde güzel geçer, dün akşam da, bir istisna değildi bizim için. Önce ne zamandır denemek istediğim, Kanyon'da açılan Obika ile başladık geceye. Roma'da bulunmuş bir arkadaşımın, ben böylesini bir orada yedim dediği mozzarellanın monünün belkemiğini oluşturduğu bu İtalyan restoranı, lezzetli yemekleri, servisi ve ambiyansıyla bizden geçer not aldı, içimizden keşke Nişantaşı civarına da açılsa dedirtti. Yoksa bunu yüksek sesle mi dile getirdik? :) Neyse, sonrasında bir perşembe klasiği olan Novo'ya  geçtik. Biraz dışarda oturup, gelip geçenlere baktık, içeceklerimizi yudumladık, bu fotoğrafları çektik, geceyi diğer bir perşembe klasiği Corridor'la kapattık.

Thursdays are generally good and yesterday evening was no exception. First, we've been to Obika , the Italian restaurant I was dying to try for quiet some time. Mozzarella is the focal point of the menu and one of my friends said it's as good as she had in Rome. This restaurant was great with its yummy food, service and ambiance and we wished that we would have another one close to our neighbourhood. Later, we've been to another thursday classic "Novo" . We sat outside, just watched the people walked by, had a cocktail and took these pics.The end of the night was another thursday location called " Corridor".

 Kronolojiyi ucundan yakalama çabaları, geçen hafta Perşembe Bilstore Tünel'de gerçekleşen Amy Winehouse'un Fred Perry için yaptığı koleksiyonun lansman partisiyle devam etsin. Mekan güzel, müzik güzel, Binboğa votkanın ikramları güzel ancak koleksiyonda sıra dışı Amy Winehouse'un etkisini hissetmek pek mümkün değil, pembe ve siyah ağırlıklı koleksiyon alışıla gelen Fred Perry koleksiyonlarından sıyrılamamış.

Last thursday we've been to Bilstore Tünel for the launch party of Amy Winehouse for Fred Perry collection. It was a nice event in terms of  the venue, music and Binboğa Vodka mixed drinks, however the collection was a little bit blah and expectable on the contrary to persona of Amy Winehouse.
