Günaydın :) Güzel ve güneşli bir cumartesini daha iyi bir hale ne getirebilir derseniz, ben bugün Cumartesi Milliyet'te Cadıpazarı dahil blogtan satış yapan blog yazarlarını tanıtan yazının çıkması derim. Art of The Trench Magnum Photos işbirliği

Burberry'nin trençkotun en güzel hallerini The Sartorialist ile beraber bizlere gösterdiği The Art of the Trench sitesinden daha önceki bir yazımda  bahsetmiştim. Şimdi aynı site önemli fotoğraf arşivlerinden birine sahip olan Magnum photos ile işbirliği yapmış ve Magnum fotoğrafçılarından Bruce Gilden, Gueorgui Pinkhassov, Christopher Andersson, Olivia Arthur, Elliot Erwin ve Jim Goldenberg, Londra,New York, San Francisco ve Brooklyn gibi şehirlerdeki trençkot sanatını kendilerine özgün stilleriyle fotoğraflandırmışlar, laf aramızda ben Sartorialist işbirliğinin sonuçlarını daha fazla beğenmiştim.

I wrote about Burberry's The Art of the Trench site and their collaboration with The Sartorialist here before. A new collaboration's been made with the Magnum photos and their photographers Bruce Gilden, Gueorgui Pinkhassov, Christopher Andersson, Olivia Arthur, Elliot Erwin ve Jim Goldenberg took photos in their style around London, New York, San Francisco and Brooklyn, however I like the one with the Sartorialist better .

Belated inspiration of Wednesday

Bugün bitmek üzere ama ben ilhamımı henüz bulabildim, hiç bulamamaktan iyidir :) O Proenza Schouler giyiyor ve ben bayılıyorum.

The day is almost over but now I've found my inspiration for today, better than never :) She's in Proenza Schouler and I like it.

What makes you sick?

Burada hep sevdiklerimizden bahsediyoruz öyle değil mi? Bugün yatağın ters tarafından kalkmış, zamana karşı yarışıp istediği şekilde giyinemeyip yine siyah tayt ve motorcu botlarını ayağına geçirmiş biri olarak  bugünü modayla ilgili sevmediğimiz şeylere, nefret ettiklerimize ayırmak istiyorum. Haydi, dökülün eteğinizdeki taşları!

Here, we always talk about what we like. Today as a person who has started a bad day, raced with the time and couldn't wear what I wanted and ended up with black leggings and motorcycle boots again, I want to talk about what we hate or don't like about fashion, start writing ladies!

* Kalın çerçeveli inek gözlükleri:  Takanların çoğunun gözleri bile bozuk değil, artık sıkılmadınız mı?
Geek glasses: Most of the wearers even don't have the prescription, haven't you bored already?

* Jean gibi görünen taytlar:Sienna Miller da giyse ısınamadım ve ısınamayacağım.
Jeggings: Even Sienna Miller can't make me to love them.

* Ugg botlar: 2004 yılında aldığımda herkesin uzaylı görmüş gibi baktığı ama son iki senedir ülkemizde dünyadaki en hip moda buluşu sanılan, aslında sadece rahat ve sıcak tutma özelliği olan botlar.

Ugg boots: I bought them in 2004 and many people on the street looked at me like they saw an alien. I like these boots' warm and cozy feeling but hate when people wear them as a fashion statement.

*Takunyalar/Sabolar: Yıllar önce de sevmezdim, şimdi de sevmiyorum, benim için başlamadan bitmişlerdir :)

Clogs: I hated them then and hate them now, for me they even finished before they've started :)

*Ucuz görünümlü payetli/pullu şeyler: Azı karar, çoğu zarar :)

Cheap looking sequined pieces : Less is more!
