Merhaba şekerler :) Alaçatı'daki 2. günümüzde ben lobide oturmuş bu postu yazıyorum, her şey sizler için :) IFD'nin ikinci gününde amacımız Arzu Kaprol defilesini takiben, fuar alanını gezmek ve Koton defilesi ile güne son noktayı koymaktı ancak tatile gidiyor olmanın işlerimi aksatacağı yönündeki suçluluk duygusu, benim bir toplantı istememe, uzayan toplantı da Kaprol defilesini kaçırmamıza sebep oldu. Ofisten işlerimi toparlayıp 18:30'u biraz geçe çıkınca, D. ile hemen İTU Taşkışla kampüsüne yöneldik. İFD'ye katılan tasarımcıların standlarını gezdik bana kalırsa en yaratıcısı burada da resimlerini koyduğum Mavi Jeans'ti, sergilenen parçalar bazında bakarsak genel olarak çok bayılmamama rağmen Hakan Yıldırım'ın tasarımları giyilebilirlikleri ve feminenlikleri ile hoşumuza gitti.

Fuar ve fotograf sergisini bitirdikten sonra, biraz karnımızı doyurmak biraz da fotograf çekmek için Otto'ya gittik. Tarz sahibi olmak açısından bakarsak, 2. gündeki kalabalık 1. güne göre daha iyiydi diyebilirim. Ben ve D. yemeğimizi yiyip bir şeyler içerken Styleseeking Zurich Nesli'de bize katıldı ve Hakan Yıldırım for Koton defilesini beklerken biraz çene çaldık.

Defile ve kıyafet detaylarını bir sonraki postumda, muhtemelen akşam yazmayı umut ediyorum, şimdi beni bekleyen buz gibi denize gitme vaktidir.

p.s: Bugün Michael Jackson'un doğum günü, eğer bizden alınmasaydı 51 yaşına girecekti, duygularım ilk günden farklı değil, hala onu özlüyorum.

Hi sweeties :) On my second day of holiday in Alaçatı, I'm sitting at the lobby and writing this post, its all for you :) On the second day of IFD our aim was to see Arzu Kaprol's show and wandering the fair and exhibition but an extended meeting was ruined our plans so missed the show. After getting out about 6:30 p.m, we went to the place where the IFD takes place. My friend D. and I went through the fair and fashion photography exhibition. Later we went to Otto to garb some sandwiches and drinks while looking around and took some pictures. Lovely Nesli of Styleseeking Zurich also joined us later and we had some chit chat until the Hakan Yıldırım for Koton's fashion show.

I will post my outfit and the show's details on my next post, now I have to rush to the ice cold sea.

p.s: Today is Michael Jackson's birthday he would be 51 if he wasn't murdered, I still can't believe that he's gone :(

Merhaba :) Dün akşam İstanbul Fashion Days'e bir başlangıç yaptık, bu konuyla ilgili fotoğraflarla beraber başka bir post yapacağım ancak öncelikle tatile gideceğim için değerlendiremeyeceğim iki defile davetiyesini bu havayı solumak isteyen iki okuyucuma hediye etmek istiyorum. Birisi Hatice Gökçe, diğeri ise Gizia defilesi, ilk yorum yazacak sanslı kişi davetiyeyi seçme hakkını da elinde tutacak.

When Miss Piggy met Marc Jacobs

Miss Piggy geçenlerde Marc Jacobs'ın Soho'da ki atölyesinde görüldü. Uzun süredir ortalarda gözükmeyen star ve Marc Jacobs gelecek hafta başlayacak olan NY Moda haftasında sunulacak koleksiyonun üzerinde fikir alışverişi yapıp, Miss Piggy'nin Chicago'da Glamorama'da giyeceği kendisine özel dikilen elbise ( Fotografta görülen) için de işbirliği yaptılar. Acaba Miss Piggy'i moda haftasında Bayan Wintour'un yanında, en ön sırada sırada görebilecek miyiz? :)

Okuyucuya not: İşte bu adamı bu yüzden seviyorum, en önemli ve meşgul tasarımcılardan biri olmasına rağmen böyle komikliklere zaman ayırabiliyor.

Recently, Miss Piggy was spotted at the Soho show room of Marc Jacobs. The missing star and Marc Jacobs were going over for the looks of NY Fashion Week which will start next week. Miss Piggy was photographed with her very couture gown that she'll be wearing at Glamorama in Chicago. I wonder if we'll see her next to Mrs. Wintour at the front row ? :)

Note to readers: That's why I love this guy, although he is one of the best and busy designers, he can enjoy these kind of funny things. Do you remember when he went to his costume party as a camel toe, hahaha hillarious :)

Tatile 4 gün kala

Hafta sonu tatilinden gelip, böyle bir başlık atmak garip olsa gerek ama gerçek bu. Cuma günü bu yılın ilk uzun tatilini gerçekleştirmek ve yazı kapatmak için 1 haftalığına Alaçatı'ya hareket edeceğiz. Sonunda! Bu dört günü iyi değerlendirip,bekleyen işleri yetiştirmem gerek, bu arada gitmeden Istanbul Fashion Days'in de bir kısmına katılmak istiyorum, fazla post yapamazsam beni şimdiden mazur görünüz ve bej oranı fazla hafta sonu kıyafetime göz atınız.

I'm so excited that I will go on the first long holiday of this summer. Finally! We'll go to Alacatı for a week on friday. Until then I'll try to finish my office duties and attend some part of the Istanbul Fashion Days. If I couldn't post enough, please forgive me and take a look on my beige overdosed weekend outfit.
